Reporting and Monitoring
As interactive media is not just about response or brand exposure we report your activity on three different levels. Firstly from a DR perspective we track all activity back to a cost per sale. We have the technology and experience to track sales from initial online exposure to your website and then through your offline system (whether this be a network of car dealers or a call centre) to sale. On a second level we will report the exposure you gain from an online campaign (impacts, reach, frequency, exposure etc) and on a third level we will report all interaction at all stages of the online communication process. This can either be interactions with rich media or actions on the site prior to purchase, or even conversions such as using a loan calculator, or searching for a particular model of car.
