The Brief
To recruit Cost Managers, Project Managers and Management Consultants for the client's graduate programme. Previously they had sourced graduates through agencies, but their involvement in the London Olympics meant they needed a quality brand to attract high calibre candidates.
The Solution
Our approach put the emphasis on a web-based campaign. Research showed the target graduates used thus medium extensively in their job searches, so all activity would direct graduates to a purpose-built microsite.
The campaign concentrated banners and links on a few specific sites, rather than blanket coverage. This ensured Turner & Townsend would stand out from other graduate employers.
The Results
The campaign had a bigger impact than the client ever imagined.
