The Brief
To develop an employer brand, reflecting Superdrug's core values.

The Solution
Research, research, research. By talking to people throughout the business - from part-time Sales Assistants to the Head of Pharmacy – we gained a real understanding of Superdrug’s working culture. But we also carried out demographic research and mapping, which revealed that Superdrug's employees have a similar profile as their customers.

Creatively, we employed images of Superdrug products and manipulated the paper to bring the work to life. A clean, simple design, it gave the client a fresh, contemporary feel, reflecting their newly branded stores and the jobs they offer.

The Results
We were able to develop a truly unique employer brand. Kate Keyworth, Head of Retail Human Resources, said recently "We have unveiled a new Superdrug. An exciting ambitious, forward-thinking brand, to deliver a better work environment for staff and a brighter, fresher retail experience for customers."

The creative work has been rolled out across a variety of media and is being developed for use on the new recruitment website.
